Hello there! My name is Everett Castellano, and I was born and raised in McAllen, Texas. From a young age, I’ve been captivated by themed experiences—everything from big destinations like Disney, Universal Studios, and Six Flags, to smaller—and now sadly defunct—local gems like Mr. Fun’s, Gorilla Georges, and Fun Time Pizza, featuring the Rock-afire Explosion (if you know, you know). As an adolescent, I always dreamed of designing these kinds of spaces as an architect or engineer—sketching amusement park layouts, playing countless hours of Roller Coaster Tycoon, and devouring every book I could find about themed entertainment. Even though my career led me into tech and web design, that passion has never left me.

When I began dating my bride, Cristina, we discovered that wherever we went, we always sought out a place to play a round of mini golf. We loved the friendly competition, and for our wedding, we wanted to bring that same fun to our celebration. At the time, options for mini golf rentals in the Rio Grande Valley were limited. There was an idea to build a custom three-hole course for the ceremony, but time simply didn’t allow it.

That idea never left me. Over the past year, I’ve been designing and building custom mini golf holes to test my craft and explore a variety of layouts. Using CAD software, I’ve started designing different course layouts, carefully considering how to make them fun, engaging, and accessible. I’ve also been developing branding, which you can see reflected throughout this website. Along the way, the vision has grown—from a mobile, pop-up project to plans for two permanent courses that will provide much-needed family entertainment spaces in the Rio Grande Valley, especially as Cristina and I prepare to welcome our first child in Spring 2026. What began as a personal passion project is evolving into a business—from rentals and pop-ups to, God willing, a long-term fixture for fun and community in the Valley.
